24/7 Security and Gated Community
Citi Housing is dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of its residents and businesses through a comprehensive security service encompassing various measures such as static guarding, access control, and risk management. One of the key aspects of Citi Housing’s security philosophy is the integration of electronic security with physical protective measures, creating multiple layers of security to detect, evaluate, and respond to potential threats effectively.
The security plan includes fundamental elements such as physical security, security management, risk management, electronic security, and procedural security. Citi Housing employs a significant number of highly trained and experienced guards, including former special services group (SSG) or regular army personnel, to protect its premises. The entire project area is enclosed with a perimeter wall, and intrusion
detection systems are continuously monitored by trained security personnel. In case of any incident, the security team ensures a rapid response and coordinates with law enforcement agencies to maintain safety and security.
Citi Housing enhances its security measures with the introduction of the eTag system, bolstering access control and monitoring capabilities. This integration of electronic and physical security measures ensures a safe and protected environment for residents and businesses within the community.
Procedural security measures include written protocols for all non-security employees and the administration of security systems and processes. Through these integrated security measures, Citi Housing aims to provide residents and businesses with a secure environment where they can feel safe and protected at all times.
Citi Housing implements comprehensive Electronic Security measures, utilizing electronic systems for controlling and managing security environments, including:
- Access control systems
- Intrusion detection systems
- Video surveillance systems (CCTV)
- Alarm monitoring systems
- Screening of hazardous objects
- Communication systems, and emergency/duress situation reporting
